AI Impact

I want to talk about something I started today. For context, I’ve been building a framework with AI for my freelance development work. AI has made my life a lot easier. I started working with AI at the end of February and the beginning of March. Before that I was doing many things manually and taking on other kinds of jobs. Now I work faster, I can take on jobs I didn’t have time for before, and I’m making more money. I still have a long way to go, though. I’m currently building my infrastructure and systems, and I expect a big leap in my financial situation over the next few months.

Learning the Tools

I’ve been using AI daily for months, especially Cloud Code. I’ve been working with AI since it launched, and about a year ago I made my first agent using a no‑code platform, which was even harder. Now I understand how an agent works and how to structure it, and I can code it because I’ve improved my programming skills since last year. I was already a front‑end developer, but I’ve kept getting better. Working with AI is now faster and easier than coding from scratch.

Creating a System

The point of this video is that I created a structure for my work that solves my own problems. I started thinking about how I could use that knowledge, this framework I use daily, to help other people and make a living from it. I want to help others get the same quality boost in their work that AI gave me.

For example, my associate Danilo, whose daughter was born this Saturday, told me that using AI daily makes his routine more flexible. He now has time to be with his wife and their newborn. That kind of improvement in quality of life is what I love about AI. It’s not just about making a lot of money quickly; I want a good life, time for God, family, and studying what I like. All of that has become possible thanks to AI.

Mentoring Experiment

I realized I’m good at solving my own problems, but I only know my own needs. To help other people integrate AI into their businesses, I need to understand their businesses. So today I started a mentoring program with a friend who co‑founds a business with his brother. He learns quickly on his own, so I thought I could help him. I’m not charging him; instead, I’m trading my hours as a mentor for a testimonial and for insight into how to structure the program for future clients.

We had our first call, which was mostly me asking questions. I need to understand his business, how he currently uses AI, and how I can improve his workflow. He’s an advanced AI user, but he doesn’t work with code the way I do. This gave me direction on what content to record for him and how to explain things to make his work easier.

Next Steps

Based on this, I realized I’ll need to record classes. For now I’ll focus on Portuguese, but if you’re interested in AI classes in English, let me know in the comments. I’ll work with my mentor for a month, focusing on one part of his business each week. I expect he’ll finish the first week’s plan this weekend, and then we can move on to more.
