I Built a CRM Inside My WhatsApp

Quick Update

Hey everyone, this is Allan. I’m keeping this video short because I need to head to my girlfriend’s house, catch a bus in a few hours, attend a meeting, and take a shower.

New CRM View

I want to share something I built this week: a CRM view inside my chat system. I use WhatsApp there, but I’m not showing it now because of private conversations. In the CRM I added a feature that hides information so I can display what I need.

Organizing Prospects

This CRM will be how I organize my prospects from now on. I have a project that closed this week, a project I lost, a follow‑up I need to do today, and several other opportunities that may or may not turn into work.

Sales Plan

I’m planning to get better at sales. The first step I realized I need to take is to create more opportunities, try to sell more, and learn from the experience.

Chatwood Integration

The system is based on Chatwood. You can see Chatwood in another tab. Since it’s open source, I’m using the open‑source features and modifying them to suit my needs.
