I am going back to one video every day

Hey everyone, this is Allan, and today I will go back to recording one video. Actually, I will try to publish one video every day. Today I will record twice, one video after the other, but I will publish one video today and the other one tomorrow. It will be a Sunday.

Why I am coming back

In the past I had the challenge to record 100 videos. After finishing it, I thought I would keep recording, but weekly. It would not be one video every day, and it would be easier to record. But I found myself stuck, because I was thinking that I should try to create better videos. That actually made me procrastinate. When I tried to record less, I ended up recording no video at all.

So I know myself, and I understood that it is better for me to do things in a simpler way. I will go back to recording one video every day. They might not be the best videos ever, but I think it will be best for me, because it will help me practice my speaking more, and I will need to try harder to come up with ideas and content for the videos.

That is the whole concept. I realized that I was planning to record videos that were 20 minutes long, but I ended up recording nothing at all. And I really liked the process of recording 100 videos.

What changed since the challenge

I want to share more about how things are going with my work. A lot changed since I ended the challenge of recording 100 videos, and my life is going in a really good direction right now. I am working a lot more, but in a way that makes me feel better. I see myself actually achieving my goals. It is not entirely new, but it is getting a lot better. I am happy with my work and with my life in general, and that is why I want to share about my work and what I work with.

What this channel is about

If you have not watched any of my past videos: I work with AI. I am a developer, and I use AI to create the projects for my clients. I also integrate AI into systems.

But this channel is not about AI. It is a lot more about someone who works with AI but also has other views about life, about learning, about working online and about digital marketing, because it is a market I am part of. Most of my clients are related to digital marketing.

This channel is also a lot about my journey trying to get better at speaking other languages. I am Brazilian, my native language is Portuguese, but I am forcing myself to get better at speaking English because it is not natural to me. I had to learn English from zero. I will also try to learn more languages, and I am studying other languages right now, but I am not confident enough in them to try to record videos.
