How I shipped AI agents to a real client today

AI Productized Service

Today I put into practice some things I’ve been studying since last weekend, mainly using AI agents to deliver a productized service with marketing. I tested a full process, market research, website building, and Instagram post creation, for my father‑in‑law’s business, and it ran smoothly.

Client Feedback

I presented the results to my girlfriend, and she liked them a lot. She also gave me additional ideas to solve the problems they have in their business, which was great.

Automated Reporting

I also built a workflow that pulls data from Google Ads using Cloud Code, runs website speed tests with the Google API, and generates a template report covering Google Ads performance, website performance, and optimization instructions.

Service vs Product

I still think that, in the short term, it’s better to be a service provider because I can learn from my clients’ multiple problems. In the long term, that knowledge will tell me which problem to focus on when I build a software product. Understanding a specific problem deeply comes only with time.

Next Steps

Tomorrow I plan to create my profile and run the same AI process for my own personal brand, but in Portuguese. I will build a Portuguese website for a group of friends and past clients who only speak Portuguese, and I will post on Instagram in Portuguese. After that, I intend to expand to LinkedIn, X, and an English website.
